The Government of India is considering to facilitate the return of Indian nationals stranded in Algeria on compelling grounds on payment basis including payment for the quarantine period. All Indian nationals intending to avail of the evacuation flights are urgently requested to fill the Registration Form given below.

The flight(s) will be operated on Standard Operating Protocols issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs for movement of Indian nationals stranded abroad. Details are available on the link

Once the flight(s) is/are confirmed, the date, timings, cost of ticket and other details for the evacuation flight will be shared with those who have successfully completed the Registration Form.  The purpose of this Registration Form is to collect relevant information to enable Government of India to plan for the return of  Indians in Covid-19 situation. 

This form is to be filled for a single individual at a time. For families a separate form may be filled for each member. Similarly, an ‘Undertaking’ attached as Annexure-II (click here) has also to be filled up by each and every individual.

All rules and regulations of the Government of Algeria on departure and the Government of India on arrival will need to be strictly followed, especially those related to Covid-19.

In case of any flights arranged from the Algeria to India, I agree to:

pay air fare and quarantine charges;
undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine, either in a hospital or in an institutional quarantine on payment-basis, on my arrival in India as per the protocols framed by the Government of India;
bear the expenditure of travel and mandatory quarantine for self and family members;
abide by the instructions and requirements as detailed by the crew of the flight/Embassy or Consulate/Government of India/medical personnel before, during and after boarding of the flight, and also after disembarkation at the designated airport in India;
submit the undertaking as provided to Embassy of India, Algiers, before boarding the flight;
register on the Aarogya Setu App on reaching destination;
