Algerian Government has imposed certain restrictions including on the gatherings for festivity and celebration due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic. Embassy regrets to inform you that Embassy of India, Algiers, in view of the local regulations, is not able to mark the Independence Day Celebrations with the participation of Non Resident Indians and Overseas Citizens of India on 15th August 2020 at the Embassy premises.


    The Embassy of India, Algiers will mark the Independence Day by unfurling of National flag and digital distribution of Hon’ble Rashtrapati’s speech on this occasion in Hindi, English, Arabic and French.
